PCNA objects to any terms or conditions in your purchase order or any other document, e-mail or otherwise, which differ from, or are in addition to, an agreement specifically signed by PCNA or, in the absence thereof, PCNA’s standard published terms. Any contrary or additional terms set forth or referenced in your purchase order, shall not apply to any order and are hereby rejected. Notwithstanding the above, if a specific term is not addressed in an agreement specifically signed by PCNA, PCNA’s standard published terms shall apply.
